These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Optimum's Key (the "Platform"), operated by Energy Optimum and Solar Optimum. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.
The Platform is provided exclusively for authorized employees, contractors, and partners of Energy Optimum and Solar Optimum. Access is granted by workspace administrators and is non-transferable. You may not share login credentials or grant access to unauthorized parties.
All business data you input into the Platform remains the property of Energy Optimum / Solar Optimum. Base44 (our infrastructure provider) has no ownership claim over your business data. Uploaded documents and project records may be exported upon request.
You may not use the Platform to: store or transmit malware; attempt unauthorized access to other accounts or systems; reverse-engineer the Platform; use automated scraping or bulk-export tools not provided by us; upload content that violates applicable law.
Optional integrations (Dropbox, Anthropic/Claude, QuickBooks) are governed by the respective providers' terms. We are not responsible for the availability or functionality of third-party services. Connecting a third-party service is voluntary and can be revoked at any time from Settings.
The Platform is provided "as is" for internal business use. To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither Energy Optimum nor Solar Optimum shall be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via the Platform or email.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
